- لا يتم فتح الشحنة ولا معاينتها عند الاستلام ولن يتم استلام المنتج إلا بعد دفع قيمة فاتورة الشحنة كاملة.

- لا يتم استرجاع / استبدال المنتج بعد مرور 24 ساعة من استلام المنتج
