- (Important) – To return/exchange the product, please submit the return request within only 4 hours of receiving the shipment; otherwise, the return/exchange request will not be processed.

- The product cannot be returned / exchanged after 24 hours have passed from the time of receipt.

نحن في كنزي شوب (المتخصص في بيع الشنط الحريمي) نضع خصوصية بياناتك في قمة أولوياتنا، ونلتزم بحمايتها وفقًا للقوانين المصرية، وعلى رأسها قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم 151 لسنة 2020، مع مراعاة عادات وتقاليد المجتمع المصري.
أولًا: ما هي البيانات التي نجمعها؟

ثانيًا: كيف نستخدم بياناتك؟
تجهيز وشحن طلبك من الشنط حتى يصل لباب بيتك في أي محافظة مصرية.
التواصل معك بخصوص تأكيد الطلب أو تأخير الشحن أو الاستبدال والاسترجاع.
تحسين المتجر وعرض شنط تناسب اهتماماتك.
إرسال عروض وكوبونات خصم فقط إذا وافقت صراحةً على تلقي الرسائل التسويقية.
ثالثًا: مشاركة البيانات مع الغير
لا نبيع أو نؤجر بياناتك لأي طرف. ولكن قد نشاركها بشكل محدود في حالتين:
شركات الشحن (مثل بريد مصر، سوبر ماركت، أرامكس) لتوصيل الطلب.
