- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3-7 business days for other governorates. Delivery times may increase during peak seasons and holidays.
- Product Inspection: Customers are allowed to inspect and check the handbag only while the courier is present to verify its quality and specifications before acceptance.
- Rejection Upon Delivery: If the purchase is not completed after inspection, the customer must pay the full shipping fee directly to the courier.
- Timeframe Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted (via call or WhatsApp) within 14 days from the invoice date. No requests will be processed after this period.
- Product Condition: The item must be in its original good condition as shipped, fully packaged, and free of any damage or tears (except for manufacturing defects or shipping errors).
- Invoice Requirement: Returns or exchanges will absolutely not be processed without the original stamped invoice sent with the shipment.
- Return Location: Returns or exchanges must be done either at the same delivery address or by dropping off the item at the Kenzy Shop pickup center in Maadi (St. 275).
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and the delivery fee will be deducted from the total amount.

يحق للعميل إرجاع / استبدال المنتج بشروط :
• مواعيد التوصيل: يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل داخل القاهرة والجيزة، و3 إلى 7 أيام عمل للمحافظات الأخرى، وقد تزيد هذه المدة خلال مواسم الضغط والأعياد.
• معاينة المنتج: يُسمح للعميل(ة) بمعاينة الحقيبة وفحصها أثناء وجود المندوب فقط للتأكد من جودتها ومطابقتها للمواصفات قبل الاستلام.
• رفض الاستلام: في حال عدم إتمام الشراء بعد المعاينة، يلتزم العميل(ة) بدفع قيمة الشحن كاملة للمندوب مباشرة.
• المهلة الزمنية: يتم تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال (عبر الهاتف أو الواتساب) خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الفاتورة، ولن يُقبل أي طلب بعد مرور هذه المدة تحت أي ظرف.
• حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته الأصلية الجيدة وقت الشحن، مغلفًا بالكامل، وخاليًا من أي عيوب أو تمزق (باستثناء عيوب الصناعة أو أخطاء الشحن).
• شرط الفاتورة: لا يتم الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا بإحضار أصل الفاتورة المختومة المُرسلة مع الشحنة.
• مكان الاسترجاع: يتم الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في نفس عنوان تسلّم الشحنة، أو من خلال مقر استلام "كنزي شوب" بالمعادي (شارع 275).
• رد الأموال: يتم استرداد المبلغ المالي بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية، ويُخصم منه قيمة مصاريف التوصيل.
