Delivery Timeline:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 7 business days for other governorates. Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and holidays.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries take place daily from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, except on Fridays, when delivery hours are from 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
Customers are entitled to inspect and examine the handbag upon delivery only in the presence of the courier to ensure its quality and conformity with the specifications before finalizing the receipt.
Refusal of Delivery: If the purchase is cancelled after inspecting the product at the door, the customer is required to pay the full shipping fee directly to the courier.
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are actively working on developing a dedicated Return & Exchange policy and mechanism to better serve you in the near future.

• معاينة المنتج: يُسمح للعميل(ة) بمعاينة الحقيبة وفحصها أثناء وجود المندوب فقط للتأكد من جودتها ومطابقتها للمواصفات قبل الاستلام.
• مواعيد التوصيل: يتم شحن الطلبات خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل داخل القاهرة والجيزة، و3 إلى 7 أيام عمل للمحافظات الأخرى، وقد تزيد هذه المدة خلال مواسم الضغط والأعياد.
مواعيدالتسليم: يتم تسليم الشحنات من الساعة 9:00 صباحا وحتى 8:30 مساءا كل يوم ماعدا يوم الجمعة والذي سيكون من 2:00 ظهرا وحتى 8:30 مساءا .
• رفض الاستلام: في حال عدم إتمام الشراء بعد المعاينة، يلتزم العميل(ة) بدفع قيمة الشحن كاملة للمندوب مباشرة.
• الاسترجاع والاستبدال : نعمل حاليا على صياغة آلية للاسترجاع والاستبدال ولكن حتى تاريخه لا يوجد استراجاع او استبدال المنتج بعد المعاينة والاستلام
